Here at The Retreat your privacy is taken very seriously.

This privacy statement is here to help you understand what I may do with any information that you give to me regarding yourself.

I provide a full client consultation where I ask you to fill in a form and to disclose personal information about your health, your lifestyle and any other information necessary before a treatment can be carried out. I will also ask you for your full contact details including address, phone number and email. ALL of this information is private and confidential, only I have access to it. Clients details are never given or sold to third parties, all information is kept secure and not publicly accessible.

My Insurance provider requires me to keep my records for 7 years. If after this time you are no longer a client here at The Retreat your records will be shredded and disposed of and numbers/emails deleted from the system.

Please note it is your responsibility to make sure you records are up to date, Let me know of any changes and I will update my records.

You may be asked to fill in an updated form every so often.
